No training session as such today, but a real mountainous walk up Croagh Patrick, Westport, County Mayo.
It took just over 3 hours to complete, but it was worth it.

One of Daniels favourite words at the moment to mower, and he just loves it when GrandDad Billy or even Dad are mowing the lawn, and so recently he got his own mower to help out
There have been some drastic new hair cuts for Kate & Mia.
Our new arrival Samuel is just a little pet, and really he’s as quiet as a mouse, it’s been a great first week with him in the house.
The girls have been so excited, and I’ve been surprised with the way Daniel has been so gentle with his new brother.
As with all the PdL kids, Samuel arrived in the wee small hours (29th of Sept).
And it wasn’t long before he got a chance to meet his new Sisters and Brother.
And it was even shorter still before each of the girls wanted to hold him. Samuel will have to get used to this and a lot of noise too.
Kate appears to have had a great day today, and why wouldn’t she it’s that special time of year again, her birthday. To my eyes she is really starting to grow up these days.
Although I just can’t get her way from that Nintendo.
The little man Daniel is getting handie with a ball and kitted out in his Barca finest may be hes getting ready for the 2017/18 squad.
