Members earn points for their participation efforts, and are eligible to share in the profits allocated to members. {As <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/07\/26\/AR2008072601978.html\">reported in the Washington Post<\/a>}<br \/>\n2) If you&#8217;re going to write a book about crowdsourcing why not get the crowd involved in the book cover design as was the case with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Crowdsourcing-Jeff-Howe\/dp\/1905211112\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=books&#038;qid=1197472682&#038;sr=8-1\">Crowdsourcing: How the Power of the Crowd Is Driving the Future of Business by Jeff Howe<\/a>.
