{"id":187,"date":"2006-09-19T14:15:50","date_gmt":"2006-09-19T14:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miguelpdl.com\/weblog\/?p=187"},"modified":"2006-09-19T14:15:50","modified_gmt":"2006-09-19T14:15:50","slug":"german-living-lab-event-wtc-bremen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miguelpdl.com\/weblog\/german-living-lab-event-wtc-bremen\/","title":{"rendered":"German Living Lab Event, WTC Bremen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just spent a couple of lovely days in Bremen (temp avg. 28C) on the inviation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biba.uni-bremen.de\/divisions\/plt\/english\/projects.php\">BIBA&#8217;s Division IKAP<\/a> who hosted the German Living Labs Event, at the <a title=\"World Trade Center Bremen\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wtc-bremen.de\/en\/wtc_ueber_uns\">World Trade Center Bremen<\/a><br \/>\nThere were an interesting mix of topics, &#8220;Towards a European Network of Living Labs&#8221;, &#8220;Examples and Visions of Living Labs&#8221;, &#8220;Industrial Perspectives on Living Labs&#8221; and &#8220;Applications for Living Labs &#8211; Specific Scenarios and Customer Groups&#8221;. The speakers made a good case and obvious need for the Living Labs concept, but I left feeling that we are truely in the early days of this initiative and there are many things (service offerings) to sort out.<br \/>\nThis event was also an opportunity to meet up with all the CoreLabs partners after the summer break.
